You have a right to be given a copy of your personal data which you may have supplied via this website.
You also have a right to have inaccurate information corrected. If you discover that this website does hold inaccurate information about you, you have a right to instruct CVizz .com to correct that information.
You may also request that data which you have supplied via the website be deleted by CVizz.com on your behalf.

This information directly relates to your VideoCV and any changes made to it will be impacted on the VideoCV including it's deletion.
Backup systems keep all the data during a certain period of time to prevent any loss of information that may be caused by technical failures, but VideoCV's that are deleted from the CVizz.com database are destroyed permanently and cannot be retrieved afterwards.

Collection and use of technical information
You should be aware that when you access CVizz.com, a certain amount of information is exchanged automatically, without your intervention, between your computer and our website’s server. CVizz will attempt to limit access to our searchable VideoCV database (or copies thereof) only to licensed employers, recruiters, hiring managers, head-hunters and human resource professionals, but cannot guarantee that other parties will not gain access to this database. We are not responsible for the use made of any part of VideoCVs by third parties who access such data while they are in our searchable database. You may remove your VideoCV from our searchable database at any time, details of how to do this are given above. However, employers, recruiters and others who have paid for access to that database or to obtain a copy of that database, as well as parties who have otherwise gained access to the database may have retained a copy of part or all your VideoCV in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of VideoCVs or profiles in these instances.
Confidential information
For your protection, CVizz.com doesn’t ask for your social security number, banking information or credit card numbers.
Children
Cvizz.com does not target children under the age of 16. In the event that we discover that personally identifiable information has been collected from a child under 16, we will delete that information.
