CVizz.com offers potential employers the possibility to consult its large database of CV and Video profiles submitted by our registered candidates.
Candidates
When uploading your CV and Video profile to Cvizz.com you will be giving the option to allow recruiters to view this Content. If you consent to this, all Content contained within will be available to selected recruiters. If you do not wish to allow recruiters to have access to this Content, please do not use this Service. Please bear in mind that you may be recognisable to your current employer.
Equality
Cvizz operates in accordance with the Employment Equality Acts (1998-2004) and the Equal Status Act. We aim to ensure that all applicants are treated equally whatever their gender, marital status, family status, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, age, race, or membership of the Travelling Community. Cvizz cannot guarantee or assure the user that their image or likeness may not be distorted through electronic means by any third party. Cvizz shall use their reasonable endeavours to ensure that all videos will remain secure on the cvizz website.You should be aware that any such Content which you have provided may be passed on to Employers and Cvizz cannot and will not be responsible for how this Content is used.

User Agreement
CVizz.com may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information, and by employers and recruiters seeking employees. You agree to use CVizz.com only to send Content and receive Materials that are proper and related to purpose of the Site.

Terms of Use
It is forbidden to use the logo and the information available on CVizz.com for commercial and advertising purposes, or to increase traffic on another website, without the written permission of the directors of CVizz.com.
Jobseekers' Account Terms
You must be 16 years or older to use this Service.
You must be a natural legal person. Corporate or other legal entities are not permitted.
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process. Cvizz may require you to furnish confirmation of your identification.
Your account may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. CVizz.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who are sharing your pages).
One candidate or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Account. While CVizz.com prohibits such conduct and Content on the Service, you understand and agree that CVizz.com cannot be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
Employers' Account Agreement
You agree to use CVizz services for the sole benefit of sourcing candidates to be employed directly within your company.
You agree that you will not pass on any CVs, videos or information contained in them or relating to them, to agents for resale of this information to third parties. Violation of this agreement will result in the immediate termination of your account and your access to the Cvizz database.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration whether or not authorised by you. You agree to immediately notify CVizz of any unauthorised use of your registration or password.
Service Request Process
CVizz operates a service request process for setting up new accounts and reserves the right, at it's sole discretion, to refuse access to the service to any employer without explaination.
IP & Trademark
All material, names, logos and icons linked to the CVizz.com services are part of the company’s intellectual property. 'CVizz' is a Registered Community Trademark. It is forbidden to modify, copy, distribute, transfer, broadcast, represent, reproduce, publish or sell any information, product, service or software acquired through this site, or to create derivates from the elements mentioned above.
Online Communication Services
When you transmit messages through our service you are responsible for the contents you are transmitting and the consequences of those messages. You cannot use this service for commercial advertising or any illegal act. It is also forbidden to commit actions that could violate the rights of other persons or disturb their access to the service.
Given the volume and speed of data transmission on the service, CVizz.com does not make any declarations concerning the contents verification of available information. CVizz.com reserves the right to delete data at it’s sole discretion. Cvizz cannot guarantee the transmission of your content to third parties.

Cvizz.com claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to this website. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, by setting your pages to be shared publicly, you agree to allow registered recruiters to view and share your Content.
Cvizz.com does not pre-screen Content, but CVizz.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service.
Governing Law
You agree that any disputes arising out of or linked to the use of CVizz.com services and websites will be subject to the courts of Ireland. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland.
Responsibility Limitation
CVizz.com does not guarantee the availability and the exactitude of the information contained in its websites. The directories, contents and search engines are offered as work in progress.
CVizz.com cannot be held responsible for the lack of exhaustiveness of search results, nor the lack of availibility of a registered candidate, since Cvizz.com and the information available through the Internet are in constant transformation. However, Cvizz.com will endeavour to ensure that registered candidates continue to update information relating to their availability on the site.
CVizz.com cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information it receives on candidates.
CVizz.com cannot be held responsible of possible damages caused by their disclosure. Thus, you have to assume the entire responsibility of the transmission of sensitive information.
The information available through our websites is offered as it is, without any guarantee about the exactitude or reliability of its contents. You agree that CVizz.com cannot be held responsible for any damage, either directly or indirectly, caused by the use of its services. Cvizz.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by you either actual or consequential damage.
CVizz.com will not be held responsible for any employment decision made by any user of the service, whatever the invoked reasons, because CVizz.com does not act as a recruiter.
CVizz.com doesn’t proceed to any pre-screening or censorship on job offers resulting from the service. It is a platform allowing candidates to post their CV's and Video profiles and allows employers to search these profiles and to contact candidates directly without any further intervention from Cvizz.com. Consequently, CVizz.com doesn’t control the quality, the safety nor the legality of any resulting communication or job offers between employer and candidates.
Since it is extremely difficult to verify the identity of Internet users, CVizz.com cannot guarantee that each user is the person she or he indicates they are. Cvizz.com cannot guarantee that the person appearing in the video is the same person referred to in the CV supplied.
It is the sole responsibility of the recruiter to seek references on candidates independently from this Service.

Contents Property
By consenting to this Agreement, you grant CVizz.com a license to use the contents for broadcasting and promotion goals. You keep the intellectual property of the contents you submit to our service. This license includes among others the right to use, reproduce, post and copy parts or the whole of the contents through our services, except when explicitly advised otherwise. This license is granted to Cvizz by the act of submitting your contents to our services and is offered freely, non-exclusively and permanently.
You also agree that CVizz.com reserves the right to delete from its network any information which content is judged inappropriate or contravenes with these terms of use.
Agreement Breach
CVizz.com reserves the right to terminate your access without notice or liability to all or part of its services in case of breach of any part of this agreement.
Security
Any violation of the CVizz.com system security or network will result in civil and criminal complaints to the relevant authorities and may result in legal proceedings. CVizz.com will examine all events implying or potentially implying such violations, and will refer them to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Furthermore, users are not allowed to violate or try to violate the security of the website by connecting to a forbidden server or another user’s account, by testing the system’s vulnerability or trying to violate identification and security measures without authorization, by trying to disturb the service relative to any host, user or network, by using server flooding, mass electronic mailing, viruses and trojan horses, by sending unsolicited e-mail messages including but not limited to advertising, or by falsifying all or part of the Transmission Control Protocol and Internet Protocol coded information issued through electronic mail.
Legal Dispositions
In case of breach of this agreement’s terms and conditions from your part, CVizz.com will have to inform you promptly of any claim, legal proceeding or procedure and assist you at your expenses in the defence against such claims or procedures. You shall agree to indemnify CVizz.com, its directors, officers, agents and employees or any CVizz.com representative, in respect of any claim, action or request aimed at them, including accounting and legal fees or similar professional fees.
You agree that CVizz.com and its team are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of CVizz.com and any link to other websites it may contain, including but not limited to commercial damage and loss of information, profits or revenues.
Fee Payments
Employers wishing to search and access the CVizz database are subject to an access license fee. Fee payments must be made directly to Cvizz Ltd in accordance with the payment terms agreed with the employer on requesting the service. All payments of fees made to CVizz are non-refundable.
There are no fees payable to CVizz or any third parties for registration, uploading of CV and Video profiles on CVizz.com by individuals seeking employment and career information.
CVizz cannot be responsible for ANY fees paid to affiliates or other third parties.
